    At Alternah, we value your time and respect the effort you have made to schedule an appointment with us. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to ensure that we are able to accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another client who may be seeking an appointment. Please note that failure to provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling may result in a non-refund of your deposit. This policy helps to ensure that we are able to provide a reliable and efficient service to all of our clients, and to compensate us for the missed appointment.
